OlaChill receives charter requests from international groups every day. Approved operators see those requests and bid their own price. Applications are reviewed by hand, never auto-approved.
In Japan, carrying passengers for a fare requires a passenger-transport permit under the Road Transport Act (道路運送法), business-registered vehicles with green number plates (緑ナンバー) and a driver with the appropriate professional licence. Paid rides in private white-plate vehicles without a permit (白バス / 白タク) are illegal, and passengers may not be properly compensated after an accident. OlaChill only works with licensed operators using green-plate vehicles, always with a driver.
